Whole Family Coaching partners with employers, agencies and other providers to deliver high quality, evidence-based health and wellness programs. Our programs are designed to inspire healthy lifestyle change while motivating and supporting participants to implement and maintain those changes. Our coaches are not only trained health and wellness professions; but many hold advanced degrees in Clinical Social Work, Counseling, and other fields.
Our founder, Alicia Hyatte, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years working with individuals, groups, communities, and families. She has been a mental health clinician for over 10 years and for the past 5 years she has focused primarily on behavior change related to health and wellness habits.
Our programs are proven to work. Whole Family Coaching is a CDC-approved organization to deliver the National Diabetes Prevention Program. We also offer in-person and online workshops and health coaching for those interested in these services.

I am Alicia Hyatte, the Founder of Whole Family Coaching.
I am thrilled that you are exploring the possibilities of partnering with us. I enjoy all things healthy and if we are in a conversation for more than 2 minutes, I’ll probably provide you with some unsolicited healthy living advice.
I’ve worked in the social services and healthcare arena for over 20 years, specializing in mental health. And my goal is to use my work as a means to build healthier families and communities.
I do this in a few ways. But one of the top resources I share with other providers and professionals who are interested in building healthier habits quickly is the Family Wellness Challenge. I know from my own personal experience as a woman, mom, and professional that many of us just want to adopt a healthier lifestyle for ourselves and our families.
But as we try to do this, we sometimes have a tendency to make it more complicated than it needs to be. The result? Overthinking and overwhelm.
I am here to offer you a new approach to having a healthy, happy family and work life that allows you to live smart and simple.
My personal and professional passion is to help people to thrive in their various roles: mom, dad, employee (or entrepreneur), spouse… the list goes on.
My Bachelor’s Degree is in Psychology, and I also earned a Master’s Degree in Social Work and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. In other terms, I’m a mental health clinician.
If that’s not enough, I have training and certification as a Health Coach, and I’m an approved Lifestyle Coach for the CDC’s National Diabetes Prevention Program.
I have no shortage of interests when it comes to health and wellness.
I have spent much of my career working with people experiencing many challenges – whether it’s coping with a medical or mental health condition, transitioning and adjusting to changes in their life, or dealing with work or family-related issues.
I am a believer that there is not usually one single cause of imbalance. And I am an advocate of looking at the “whole” picture and suggesting changes that can positively impact you and ripple out to your ecosystem, including the whole family.
My goal in the work that I do and the programs I create and deliver is to take a holistic approach, helping you to develop skills to keep yourself and the whole family well: physically, socially, emotionally, and environmentally.
